Owners and representatives of Zionsville businesses filled the ballroom at the Golf Club of Indiana Friday evening for Zionsville Chamber of Commerce’s annual banquet.

Storen Financial was recognized as business of the year. The business of the year is awarded to a company that demonstrates leadership, innovation, commitment and good corporate citizenship in the Zionsville area.

The person making the nomination said that Storen Financial has provided financial and physical support for local organizations including Lions Park, churches, youth groups and others.

Greg and Kim Storen opened their business on First Street 20 years ago.

“Just as the business continues to expand and grow both in production and service, Storen Financial plans to expand their already significant involvement in the Zionsville community as their new building project, along with Zionsville Eye Car, in front of town hall will bring local businesses to the forefront of Ziosnville’s western neighborhood,” the nomination said.
