What is the Tax Action Packet?

Your Action Packet is a group of documents that includes everything requiring action from you and is particularly useful for those that want to mail their estimated payments or payment vouchers for any tax owed. Click on the Action Packet document to view your Storen Financial receipt and Federal/ State filing instructions (located in your Client Portal along with your tax return).

These filing instructions need to be completed in order to finalize your return. This document also includes information on how to pay your taxes digitally as well as information and documentation to mail if that is what you prefer. If you need to pay, you’ll see “AMOUNT DUE.” If you will receive a refund, you’ll see “REFUND.” The Action Packet document includes…

  • Storen Financial Invoice
  • Federal and State Filing Instructions
  • 8879 Form – efile Signature Authorization (copy only)
  • Forms required for Storen Financial to submit your tax return electronically (copy only)
  • Payment Vouchers (if applicable)
  • Quarterly Estimate Worksheet and Vouchers (if applicable)
