Marketing Project Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for creating, coordinating and distributing all marketing content in alignment with the marketing calendar as well as helping to create processes and educate team members on marketing objectives. This person will work directly with the Communications Director to facilitate marketing initiatives and execute exceptional client communication.
This position requires a highly organized, sales focused, process-driven thinker who can recognize marketing opportunities and bridge the communication gap through educational content. The person who will fill this role will have a “figure it out” mindset.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing & Sales:
• Work with the Communications Director to ensure delivery of firm-wide communications and marketing initiatives as well as brand alignment across all markets.
• Manage all aspects of the marketing calendar and related marketing materials to ensure timely delivery and execution of planned initiatives.
• Create regular marketing content to be used for monthly newsletters, website, social media, educational materials, event planning, direct mail, and community outreach.
• Coordinate marketing distribution, including content development, list generation, and compliance approvals.
• Coordinate with appropriate team members involved in the marketing & sales process in order to bring in new business as well as identify cross-sell opportunities.
Education and Training:
• Manage the adoption of communication process improvements with all team members.
• Train additional team members involved in the customer service experience on correct utilization of approved techniques and communication.
• Continue to develop written policies documenting the job duties related to this position as well as help other teams with new process development.
Other:
• Problem-solve, troubleshoot, and suggest process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and events that support internal consistency, teamwork and create a fun, enjoyable work atmosphere.

Education and Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication related studies.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional marketing or communications experience with a heavy emphasis on content development.
• Graphic design, web development, photography or videography experience required.
• Experience with marketing tools (Adobe, Constant Contact, WordPress, Social Media, etc.).
• Proficiency in use of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote).
BENEFITS AND PAY
Pay:
• $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
• Opportunity for bonus
