Communications Specialist
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Communications Specialist will oversee and manage all incoming sales and client inquiries as well as serve as the primary point of contact for the client onboarding experience. This person will work directly with the Communications Director to facilitate initiatives and deliver exceptional client communication.
We’re seeking a team member who can execute the duties and responsibilities of this position in an exceptional manner. A firm belief in and demonstration of Storen Financial’s core values and ethics is important.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales:
• Manage all incoming and outgoing sales inquiries and communication.
• Facilitate sales conversations from phone, email, and website submissions.
• Execute introductory lead meetings, explaining processes and introducing key team members.
• Coordinate with appropriate team members involved in the sales process in order to bring in new business as well as identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Document and monitor all details of troubleshooting, service requests, sales initiatives, and other client/lead communication in Salesforce (CRM).
Client Onboarding:
• Manage the client onboarding experience from start to finish.
• Walk new clients through documentation, technology processes, and integration.
• Track and coordinate documentation and setup with appropriate lines of business.
Education and Training:
• Manage the adoption of communication process improvements with all team members.
• Train additional team members involved in the customer service experience on the correct utilization of approved techniques and communication.
• Develop a written policy documenting the job duties related to this position.
Other:
• Problem-solve, troubleshoot, and suggest process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and events that support internal consistency, teamwork, and create a fun, enjoyable work atmosphere.

Education and Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication-related studies preferred.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of professional client communications or account management experience.
• Background with sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with the Salesforce CRM tool is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote) preferred.
BENEFITS AND PAY
Pay:
• $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
• Opportunity for bonus
