Technology Operations Manager
Zack Tarr joined the Storen Financial technology team in July 2026. In his role, he manages technology initiatives to create a better experience for both clients and team members. He works closely with departments across the organization to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and implement practical technology solutions that support the firm’s long-term goals. With a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Zack enjoys turning complex challenges into efficient systems that help people work smarter. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Indiana State University and is a Certified Scrum Master. His background in software support, software development, and technology leadership has given him a well-rounded perspective and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and building technology that makes a meaningful impact.
Originally from Greene County, just outside of Bloomington, Indiana, Zack enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors whenever he can. He can often be found lifting weights, exploring national parks, or planning his next adventure. He enjoys learning new skills, taking on challenges, and finding creative ways to solve problems, whether he’s leading a technology project or discovering a new hiking trail. Zack brings curiosity, adaptability, and a thoughtful approach to everything he does, and he values building strong relationships both inside and outside the workplace.
