Olivia Lashley
Communications Specialist
Olivia joined the Storen Financial team in March 2026 as a Communications Specialist, where she plays a key role in guiding prospective and new clients through the onboarding process. She manages incoming inquiries across phone, email, and web, facilitates introductory conversations, and helps connect clients with the appropriate team members. With a strong focus on organization and communication, she also tracks client interactions and sales initiatives within the firm’s CRM system to support a seamless and responsive client experience.
Olivia brings more than eight years of experience in customer-facing roles, along with a background in healthcare that reflects her commitment to helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in 2024. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University, with an expected graduation in 2027.
Raised on her family’s farm between Crawfordsville and Lebanon, Olivia developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for community early on. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active, reading, painting, and spending time with family and friends. She’s also an avid football fan, cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers and the Chicago Bears, and loves relaxing at home with her cat, Tecca.
