If your digital tax return documentation is now available in your Storen Financial Client Portal and ready to finalize, follow these instructions to complete the process. The following items must be completed…

  1. Sign your digital signature so that our team can file your tax return.
  2. Pay the Storen Financial invoice for the completion of your tax return.
  3. Pay any taxes owed to the State and Federal, if applicable.

Below are instructions on how to complete these steps.

 

Sign Your Tax Return – Digital Signature

To sign your digital tax return, you will receive an email from “Storen Financial (signers@e-signlive.com)” with a subject line requesting your signature. In this email, there will be a link to securely complete the digital signature. When you click on this link, it will require you to input a code for 2-factor authentication that will be sent to the mobile phone we have on file. You will then be able to access your Tax “Action Packet” to sign and download. Click here for more information about your Tax Action Packet.

*Please note: We recommend downloading these documents for your records after signing as they contain your filing instructions with refund or amount due information. They will also be available in your Client Portal for future reference. 

 

Pay Your Storen Financial Invoice

To submit payment to Storen Financial for the completion and filing of your digital tax return, you will receive an invoice email from “QuickBooks” in order to pay online. Or, if you prefer, you may call our office to submit payment over the phone (317-852-7000).

*Please note: this does NOT include payment for tax owed to the State or Federal (see “pay your taxes” below). 

 

Pay Your Taxes

If you owe tax (i.e. you are not getting a refund), you’ll need to complete the Federal and/or State filing instructions which indicate how to pay your tax in the Tax “Action Packet” document. Click here for Tax Action Packet details and Filing Instructions with links to pay your taxes.

 

How to Review Your Final Documents

If you wish to review your full tax return and associated documents, log in to the Storen Financial Client Portal. Locate and review your tax return documentation in the correct tax year folder (Click “eBinder,” then choose the folder of the year of the tax return, i.e. 2025).
