“Racing through 2022!”
The entire Storen Financial team gathered this month for a day filled with training and education as we incorporated the theme, “racing through 2022”. Members of our Investment team, Tax team and Business Services team, along with our Admin, Finance, Technology and Communications teams shared goals and specifics surrounding each line of business. This day of collaboration and communication propels us to connect, gain insight and grow professionally. It was an energizing day that will ultimately allow us to better serve our clients.
Highlights from the day included: Greg’s sentiments about ‘being grateful’, goals of the company, Trivia Time, technology timeline, time management tips, and presentations from each team to educate our team members.
We reviewed our company core values: principled, impactful and innovative, and how standing for these values has led to a positive team culture and helped us earn trust of our clients. This led to a technology timeline discussion which illustrated how far we have come over the years with technology improvements and efficiencies.
Continuing education has always been a key focus of what makes our team of professionals more knowledgeable and better prepared to serve our clients.
