Tax Administrator (Seasonal)
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing Seasonal Administrative Staff member to join our team for the upcoming tax season. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and providing critical operational support to our tax preparation team. Whether you are looking for full-time hours or a part-time role, we offer comprehensive training and a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Greet and interact with clients warmly, answer inquiries, manage the checkout process, and handle payment processing.
- Document Management: Sort, scan, and organize client documents with high accuracy.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry to assist with the initial stages of tax return preparation.
- Administrative Support: Assemble completed tax returns and maintain an organized front-office environment.

Schedule
- Pay: $17 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible hours available (Days, evenings, and Saturdays)
- Seasonal position: Late January through April 15th, 2027
- Seasonal (Full-Time or Part-Time)
