Penny joined the Storen Financial team in December 2021. She works in the Business Services department, helping clients with their accounting, QuickBooks, and 1099 needs. She is also part of the Tax department, helping with the completion of business returns.
Penny is a notary, has 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and taxes, and worked with the same company for 16 years before they were purchased by a large local firm. Now, she brings her experience to the Storen Financial team by helping clients “to manage their business and not let their business manage them.”
Penny and her husband, Duane, have 6 children and 7 grandchildren, who they enjoy visiting all over the country. Camping is the biggest part of their spring, summer, and fall, with Indiana State Parks as their favorite camping sites. Among her other hobbies, Penny loves to read and explore new authors. Penny and Duane are also Certified Caregivers for Isaiah 117 House in Marion County, where they spend most of their free time volunteering.
