Penny joined the Storen Financial team in December 2021 and has a variety of significant roles in our team. She works in the Business Services team, helping clients with their accounting, QuickBooks, and 1099 needs. She is also key member of the Tax team, ensuring the efficient completion of our business returns.
Penny is a notary, has 20 years of dedicated experience in bookkeeping and taxes, and worked with the same company for 16 years before they were purchased by a large local firm. Now, she brings her specialized experience to the Storen Financial team by helping clients “to manage their business and not let their business manage them.”
Penny and her husband, Duane, have six children and seven grandchildren, whom they love to visit across the country. Camping plays a major role in their spring, summer, and fall adventures, and they particularly enjoy staying at Indiana State Parks, their favorite camping destinations. Among her other hobbies, Penny loves to read and explore new authors. Penny and Duane are also Certified Caregivers for Isaiah 117 House in Marion County, where they spend most of their free time volunteering.
