What an exciting day it was for the Storen Financial team as we gathered for our all-team meeting! The atmosphere buzzed with energy as team leaders from Investment, Tax, Business Services, and Communications & Operations took the “stage” to share company forecasts and updates. It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments and set our sights on what 2026 has in store for us.
Highlights from the day came in abundance! Debbi kicked things off with an engaging recap of the educational and team-building events that made 2025 so impactful, reminding us of the opportunities we’ve embraced together. We then heard from Greg who shared insights into the latest industry trends that will shape our path to further success and enable us to continue delivering top-notch service. Additionally, Ronnie, Chelsea, Erika Lewis, and Erika McCloud shared new programs that will impact our forward-thinking vision for the company and future client enhancements. Another standout moment was a skit led by Kaylee, which emphasized the power of introductory conversations with new clients and the importance of building those initial connections. Additionally, with new team members joining our ranks, there was a palpable sense of camaraderie in the air. It was wonderful to welcome fresh faces to our Storen family! And, as always, we took a moment to share some much-needed laughs, reinforcing the tight-knit community we value so greatly.
We are incredibly grateful for our talented professionals, who make each day an engaging and positive experience. Their dedication to ensuring our clients receive the best care possible remains our top priority. With a renewed spirit, we are ready to embrace new processes, tackle exciting projects, and forge ahead into the future of Storen!
