A new chapter for longtime Zionsville business owners begins Fri., Oct. 5, 2018, when officials will break ground at 5 p.m. for the new 1120 West building in front of the new Zionsville Town Hall.

Greg Storen, owner of Storen Financial, and Dr. James Haines and Dr. Nicholas Garn, owners of Zionsville Eyecare, formed a partnership for the new 1120 West building after both businesses experienced ongoing growth.

Oak St. Zionsville Eyecare will occupy 8,300 square feet and Storen Financial will occupy 4,500 square feet. There will be a shared conference space for up to 30 people.

A few businesses are currently in discussions to lease space in the building; officials say there is space available for rent.
