Payroll requires a detailed set-up, but don’t let that intimidate you. We are here to help navigate you through the process. Listed are the steps to get you set up:
Step 1: You will be receiving an initial Employer Packet via email to complete, digitally sign, and return. This if the first step to payroll set-up!
Step 2: Within two days of receipt of your Employer packet, we will send a deposit verification to your business bank account. This is a deposit of less than $1.00. Please email this amount to email@example.com once received. We cannot proceed until this step is complete.
Step 3: If you are new to payroll, you will be receiving a BT-1 to sign and return so we can apply for your State Tax ID#. If you have already been processing payroll and are transferring this service, please submit your quarterly payroll reports and the most recent payroll report to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4: You will receive an Employee Packet via email to print off or forward to your employees. Each employee will complete and submit to email@example.com or FAX to 317-852-7070.
Step 5: You will receive an email once your Employer Portal is set up, with your user name and a temporary password for portal access.
Step 6: You will receive an instruction packet for your employees on how they can set up their individual portal. This will allow you to view payroll details and run reports.
Step 7: You are ready to submit your payroll, please do so by sending via: a) the portal b) email c) FAX
