William Wentforth

Technology Specialist

William joined our team in January of 2025 as a Technology Specialist, where he assists in managing the company’s technology stack. This includes overseeing the VoIP phone system, printers, scanners, software installations, and licensing management. William also monitors and troubleshoots nightly system backups and provides support to employees on various tech-related issues — including desktop, laptop, mobile device, telephone, networking, and software questions. Additionally, he manages IT and software vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth support operations.

William attended Ivy Tech Community College and completed a programming boot camp with Eleven Fifty Academy, which laid the foundation for his technical career. Prior to joining Storen Financial, he provided IT technical support, processes, and workflows for Home Depot Fulfillment Center and Comcast.

William holds certifications as a Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and ServiceNow Administrator, which enhance his ability to optimize and support IT systems and services. Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his wife, playing board games (with a collection of over 300 games!), and spending time with his two huskies and Australian Shepherd.
