Appointment Scheduler (Seasonal)
We are seeking a professional, high-energy Seasonal Appointment Scheduler to join our team for the peak tax season. As the primary point of contact, you will serve as the essential bridge between our clients and tax advisors. You will manage high-volume phone lines, orchestrate complex calendars, and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for every client. If you are a master multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly; warmly greet clients and prospective clients, routing them to the correct internal team members.
- Calendar Management: Masterfully schedule, reschedule, and manage client appointments for multiple tax advisors using Microsoft Outlook.
- Proactive Outreach: Issue timely appointment reminders to minimize no-shows and efficiently manage cancellations by finding immediate, optimal alternatives.
- Administrative Support: Prepare necessary paperwork and intake forms ahead of client appointments to ensure tax advisors are set up for success.
- Payment Processing: Securely and accurately accept and process client payments over the phone.

Schedule
- Pay: $17 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible hours available (Days, evenings, and Saturdays)
- Seasonal position: Late January through April 15th, 2027
- Seasonal (Full-Time or Part-Time)
