Establishing the foundation for growth with learning, fun, and Jenga
It’s that time of year again! The entire Storen Financial team gathered for a half-day of training and education led by our Investment, Tax, Business Services, Admin, HR, Technology, and Communications team leaders. This meeting was a lively, efficient way to assemble the whole team toward the end of a busy year, reflect on our 2023 successes, and strategize goals and processes for 2024. New and long-time employees enjoyed a day of interacting and learning from one another to remind us why team collaboration is so integral to everything we do.
Highlights from the day included: Greg’s review of the “Storen Standard” and why it’s important to uphold our core values (Principled, Impactful, and Innovative) as well as a look at exciting new promos (Stay tuned for more!). We also enjoyed a thrilling game of Jenga, where we “built on the foundation of Storen” using blocks personalized with our 2024 goals.
We’re especially grateful to all our team members for working to make each day a productive and positive experience. All of you ensure that there’s never a boring day in our office. We look forward to taking Storen to new heights in 2024!
