Additional payroll fees include:

  • One-time payroll processing setup fee: starting at $75
  • 401K / Retirement funding: $25 per payroll run
  • New hire reporting: $2 per new employee
  • Insufficient funds change: $100 per transaction
  • Additional per state processing fee: $5 per state per payroll run
