Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage operations and offer support to our team of financial advisors
  • Manage annual review preparation
  • Offer compliance oversight
  • Process distributions, contributions and new account documents
  • Coordinate outbound calls to clients for annual reviews, new client appointments and funding follow up calls
  • Communicate with clients to prepare and finalize financial documents
  • Attend and support client and team events

Qualifications and Skills

  • Detail oriented personality with an interest in helping clients with financial needs
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and the general public
  • Technology driven and willingness to learn new technology and software programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Loyalty and belief in our company, services and team & client-focused culture
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Salesforce software and Ultra Tax knowledge a plus


  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience as financial services assistant
  • Knowledge of the investment process, IRA tax code, distributions and annuities are a plus


  • 4 year college degree


  • Full-time position
  • Salary – range of $40 – 50K
  • Bonus
