Storen Financial is an established independent investment and accounting firm in the Indianapolis area, headquartered in Zionsville, serving clients in 43 states. We are looking for a self-motivated bookkeeper to assist with our small business clients. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with strong attention to detail with a desire to help small business owners manage their businesses, manage their books, and prepare their monthly financial reports. Must be willing to work with new clients and have the ability to focus in a busy, on-the-go environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and record financial statements
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Manage bank feeds
  • Handle Accounts payable and receivable
  • Work with our tax preparers to assist with tax compliance
  • Communicate with clients to assess and finalize accounting needs

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to work in multi-faceted environment and manage multiple projects
  • Technology driven with a willingness to learn new technology and software programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Loyalty and belief in our company, services, team & our client-focused culture
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to be a team player
  • QuickBooks Online knowledge a plus


  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience
  • QuickBooks certification is a plus


  • Full-time position
  • Salary – range of $35 – 50K
