• Monitor & Troubleshoot: Monitor and troubleshoot systems, isolate issues that need addressed, and communicate with team members on improvements or best use practices.
System Development Responsibilities:
• Systems Architecture & Optimization: Hands-on configuration of the tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Conga, or Revver) to automate manual processes and solve specific operational friction points and eliminate manual process bottlenecks. Coordination with internal and external teams to solve complicated processes.
• Technical Documentation & Knowledge Base: Create and update the “how-to” guides for systems, ensuring the team has a clear source of truth for all implemented workflows.
Other:
• Collaborate regularly with the technology team and firm leadership to support department initiatives and long-term planning.
• Assist with miscellaneous technology-related projects and operational initiatives as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and planning efforts.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented work environment.
