We have the following policy in place, surrounding Covid-19, for the safety and health of our clients and associates.
Do NOT Visit If…
If you have any of the following, please do not attend a Storen Financial appointment or event in person:
- If you feel sick, have a fever, or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (such as cough, shortness of breath/ difficulty breathing, sore throat, chills, muscle aches, new loss of taste or smell)
- If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the prior two weeks
- If you have tested positive for Covid-19 and have not been quarantined for two weeks
Visitation Requirements
Masks may be required at certain venues or events. We will follow the CDC and State guidelines. Please have a mask with you and wear it when required.
Other Policies and Recommendations
We will have hand sanitizer available and encourage frequent hand washing. We encourage our clients and associates to achieve social distancing by ensuring seating arrangements are sufficiently distant to meet the recommended six foot standard.
If you have attended a Storen Financial appointment or event and then find out that you had been exposed or tested positive, please notify our office directly and immediately at 317-852-7000.
